Welcome to Ebb and Flow Reflexology! My name is Emma, I'm a fully qualified reflexologist who offers holistic treatments from my private treatment room at home in Hemel Hempstead.

I have always been interested in holistic and complementary therapies because of the positive effect they have on the physical, mental and emotional wellbeing of my clients. I'm passionate about creating time and space for my clients to help them relax, unwind and restore balance naturally.

Reducing stress in your everyday life can make you feel happier and healthier and touch therapies such as reflexology and massage are a great way of supporting you with this.
